Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stylove (“Stylove,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Stylove mobile application, website at https://stylove.app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Stylove is a personal wardrobe and styling application that helps you organise clothing, explore outfit combinations, and receive styling recommendations based on items and preferences you provide. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Styling suggestions are provided for inspiration and convenience only. Stylove does not guarantee particular outcomes, availability of specific features, or uninterrupted operation.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to notify us promptly at support@stylove.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of photographs, wardrobe entries, saved looks, and other content you submit through the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Stylove a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful or unlawful.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including the Stylove name, logos, visual design, software, and documentation, is owned by Stylove or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no licence or ownership interest is transferred to you.

You may not use Stylove trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

Premium Subscription

Stylove may offer a paid subscription tier (“Stylove Premium”). Stylove Premium provides enhanced styling features, expanded wardrobe management, and additional recommendation capabilities beyond the free experience. Feature availability may change over time as we improve the Service.

Premium features, pricing, and plan duration are displayed in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase. Free trials or promotional offers, if available, will be described at checkout.

Auto-Renewable Subscription

Paid subscriptions are auto-renewable unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate shown in the App Store.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to Premium features until that time.

Billing and Payments

All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Stylove does not collect or store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise Apple to charge the applicable fees according to the plan you select.

Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies. To request a refund, follow the procedures provided by Apple. We cannot override Apple’s billing decisions.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time through Apple Account Settings. Deleting the Stylove app does not cancel your subscription. If you cancel, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of the paid period, after which your account will revert to free-tier access subject to applicable limits.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stylove and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Stylove through the App Store in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Stylove styling recommendations are for personal inspiration only and do not constitute professional fashion, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your wardrobe choices and how you use the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

You may delete your account through in-app settings or by contacting support@stylove.app. See our Privacy Policy for information about data deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Stylove operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
